Jessica has been in the wedding industry since 2002, starting as a wedding photographer and then later purchasing Sophia's Bridal and Tux in 2014. Since then, she has grown Sophia's from one 1600 square foot bridal boutique to 5 locations with over 60 employees. Jessica's focus as a coach is full circle, making sure to figure out each owners strengths and areas of genius, so we can figure out how to streamline or outsource the rest!
She's also a mom of 4 boys and married to her high school sweetheart and lives in the midwest.
